We show you exactly which supplier makes your part and exactly what margin we take. No black box. You see the manufacturing cost, the platform fee we charge, and shipping as separate line items before you approve anything.
Upload a STEP file, select material and finish. Our AI analyses the geometry and returns a price in under 30 seconds. Complex parts with tight tolerances may go to manual review. You'll hear back within 24 hours.
It can't. Price Protection locks your ceiling at checkout. If a supplier comes in under the quoted price, the difference is returned to you as platform credits. You never pay more than what you approved.
You see the supplier's name, location, and certifications before you approve the quote. No anonymous fulfilment. Every shop is EU-based and vetted against our network standard. Many hold ISO 9001, and you can request an ISO 9001 certified shop for your order.
Delivery more than 5 days late triggers a 5% credit automatically. Parts that don't meet ordered specifications are covered under our non-conformance policy. Submit a defect claim within 30 business days of delivery with photographs, measurements, or an inspection report. We manage resolution directly with the supplier. You deal with us, not them.
CNC milling and turning across aluminium, steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, titanium, and engineering plastics. Finishing options include standard machining, anodising, and powder coating. Contact us if you have a specific requirement.
Your STEP files are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your designs with suppliers beyond what's needed to fulfil your specific order. Full details at /security.
